The Rally starts tomorrow. The city is already doing No Parking areas, to get the cars off the streets.

Superfix "Houston's Premier Party Band!"
"40 Mile" That may or may not be the right band. They're at least in Texas, but don't have the Rally show on their listing of upcoming shows.
Johhny & The Heartbreakers- Link is an Australian band, may or may not be the right one.
Pilots in Play which is also apparently Houston's premier cover band.
