Is it a bad thing that I can blend in fairly well into the crowd? I had the random thought that this was what a mass murderer does: breaks off most personal ties, then goes to a public place and scopes out the crowd. When I had that thought, I saw another guy wandering around and kinda freaked.
Music's not as good as during Mardi Gras - mostly cover bands, it seems. Pretty big crowd though, and without the ridiculous police presence during Mardi Gras.
